This programme is best run with 12-20 participants and two facilitators. It is very active with a variety of active exercises bringing about the main learning points. Participants learn:
- What are teams all about?
- The qualities of good and poor teams
- Setting the ground rules
- The life cycle of the team
- Your own natural role within a team and the various “roles” people play in teams (Belbin).
- The role of consensus in achieving your team goals.
This programme should give participants a heightened awareness of the power of effective teamwork and the negative effective of poor teamwork.
