Performance Management
We hired Sandra Coombes to devise and lead the introduction of a new performance management system. She showed great leadership in building trust quickly, getting the team on board and making a real change to the way we approached Performance Management. She delivered a well structured, strategically linked system that was measurable. She also helped to review and link our bonus system to the new PM system
She then delivered a one day development programme to all directors, managers and team leaders resulting in consistent and continuous review and coaching of all our people. Communication and motivation improved and so too did the management of our bonus system.
